Plank Primer!

Planks are a great whole body exercise! Here are a whole bunch of ways you can challenge yourself and take your workout up a notch starting with a standard plank.

Lucie is a PMA certified Pilates instructor specializing in Reformer and Mat classes. She trained at Pendleton Pilates in Cincinnati prior to moving to Nashville in 2009. She is also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a Johnny G Mad Dogg Level 3 certified spinning instructor. She is an avid runner and has completed 11 marathons including Boston and New York and has more recently taken up trail running - placing 3rd at the Stump Jump in Chattanooga two years in a row. She enjoys living in Nashville and sharing Pilates and Personal Training with friends and clients. She is the owner of 12South Pilates & Personal Training. Lucie is also principal at Crunch Consulting, LLC - a marketing, strategy and communications consultancy.
